Mobilis Logistics Limited was founded by Uche Rosemary Iwu, a Maritime Business Strategist and Legal & FinTech Consultant with over a decade spent shaping maritime, legal and financial systems across the public and private sectors. A Lawyer and Chartered Shipbroker certified by the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS), she pairs legal rigour with commercial execution.

As Founder of both Mobilis Logistics Ltd and Mobilis Consulting Ltd, she helps institutions navigate complex systems, build trusted partnerships and translate strategy into sustainable growth. Her vision sets the standard Mobilis works to calm in tone, clear in intent, and designed for long-term economic value while day-to-day delivery is owned by a capable operating team.

He leads Mobilis's marine-safety and fleet-operations standards vessel maintenance and inspections, operational readiness, bunker-fuel logistics and crew safety keeping assets compliant, inspection-ready and operating at peak readiness.
